Forgot password

  1. Open the App and go to the Sign in and tap on the Forgot password button below the password field.

  2. You will be directed to the Enter Email screen, enter your email and tap Submit button

  • If you enter an invalid email or leave the field empty, you will see the Error.

  • Correct the email if necessary and tap Submit again.

  1. You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code. Go to your email inbox and find the code. Return to the App, which will now display the Enter Code screen. After entering the code, tap Continue.

If you did not receive the code or it has expired, there will be an option to resend the code after a short wait (60 seconds)

  1. After successfully entering the verification code, you will be directed to the New Password screen. Tap on the text field labeled Enter your new password and tap Confirm to proceed.

  2. If everything is correct, you will see the Successful Password Changed screen.
