Forgot password

Step 1: Access the Forgot Password Option

Open the Touren app and go to the login screen.

Tap on the "Forgot password" link below the password field.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

You will be directed to the Enter Email screen.

The screen prompts you to enter your email address.

Tap on the text field labeled "Enter your email address to reset your password."

The keyboard will appear, allowing you to type in your email.

Enter your email address.

Once you've entered your email, tap on the "Submit" button.

  • If you enter an invalid email or leave the field empty, you will see the Error State.

  • Correct the email if necessary and tap "Submit" again.

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code. Go to your email inbox and find the code.

Return to the Touren app, which will now display the Enter Code screen.

  • The screen prompts you to enter the 6-digit code.

Tap on the code fields and enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.

  • The keyboard will appear for you to input the code.

  • If the code is entered incorrectly, you will see the Error.

  • After entering the code, tap "Continue".

  • If you did not receive the code or it has expired, there will be an option to resend the code after a short wait (60 seconds).

Step 4: Set a New Password

After successfully entering the verification code, you will be directed to the New Password screen.

  • The screen prompts you to enter your new password.

Tap on the text field labeled "Enter your new password."

  • The keyboard will appear, allowing you to type in your new password.

Enter a new password and ensure it meets the password requirements (e.g., a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

Tap "Confirm" to proceed.

  • If the password doesn't meet the criteria or if there’s an error, you will see the Error.

  • Adjust the password as needed and tap "Confirm" again.

Step 5: Successful Password Change

If everything is correct, you will see the Successful Password Changed screen.

  • A confirmation message will appear: "Password changed! Your password has been successfully reset."

Tap "Back to Login" to return to the login screen.

Step 6: Log In with Your New Password

Use your newly created password to log into the Touren app.

  • Make sure to choose a secure password that you haven't used before.

  • If you don’t receive the verification code, check your spam/junk folder in your email.

  • You can resend the code if it expires or if you didn't receive it.
